Samuel J. He began his career as a prosecutor, retiring from public service as Deputy Chief Assistant State Attorney to State Attorney Janet Reno.
Since 1985, Mr. Rabin has devoted 100% of his practice to defending businesses and individuals who are being investigated or charged in State Court or by the United States Government with a violation of law. The state investigating agencies may be any municipal, county or state law enforcement agency. The federal investigating agencies may be the FBI, Criminal Division of the IRS, Secret Service, DEA, ATF, or Customs. He travels to all Federal Courts anywhere in the United States.
